Packing was fine, shipping was decent speed, but the downrigger had a major bend in the arm that was not in the description nor was it easy to see from the photos. This damage absolutely should have been mentioned. I was surprised that the base and mount were not damaged with the force that it would have taken to bend the arm like that.
