The item was very dirty and old, it obviously had not been washed for a long time, padding disintegrated in the wash and is now useless.

Item was in good condition, reflected in the photo's in the item description. Padding disintegration may have been due to the way the jacket was washed. Reached out to the buyer to offer a full refund upon return of the item, but have not heard back.
