Eh, seller stopped responding when I told them I put in the wrong address. Shipment was crushed; seller offered partial refund.

Seller messaged me after this feedback to express anger and tell me my questions were redundant ("can you change the address", "can you try to call them", "can you change to hold at an office" are not redundant). They tried talk down to me, saying "stop acting like a privileged kid and setting your own customer service expectations." Expecting an answer to a question after buying a product isn't an unrealistic expectation. The seller has very low expectations & standards for customer service.
