This item shipped on time, the fact that it never arrived is beyond my control. I stayed in constant contact with the buyer and worked with him to make sure he got his refund and understood the situation. Sadly, you can't please everyone I suppose. I am just very disappointed in this as I did everything possible to make it right with him.
