Overall, a professional experience. Bike frame arrived exactly as pictured. Seller did a great job securely packaging the frame along with it's loose components to ensure safe delivery in the box. Another big plus for me was the seller quickly reaching out to me regarding added shipping costs, and worked out a deal with me to get the package shipped to my location at a lower price. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. Extremely kind of the seller and greatly appreciated!
