Although the items shown are the ones we received, they are not the size that is listed. It was listed as a 4cup glass coffee pot handle. It is not. What it actually is, is a glass handle and band for the larger 9 cup glass coffee pot. A little disappointed but since we have 2 pots that size it's not a total loss. Please take measurements to ensure this small mistake doesn't happen again. Other then that over all experience was quick, smooth and pleasant.
