    habe meine bestellung nicht erhalten. wurde am 22. juli verschickt und am 26.juli dem verkäufer noch in italien direkt zurück geschickt. es kam gar nicht zum versand nach österreich. verkäufer hat sich nicht gemeldet, sondern ich musste nachfragen wo meine bestellung bleibt. laut verkäufer zollprobleme. bietet mir an einen versand mitte august oder erstattung. ich möchte die erstattung, aber verkäufer antwortet nich mehr.
