The seller listed the wrong size on the lampshade which might not have been a big deal to them- hoping someone would just let it go and not hassle with a return… which ended up costing for boxes, packaging, emailing label information, waiting in line at UPS and taking off work to make the hour drive to town. So the loss on this lampshade due to the sellers inability to use a tape measure ended up being most disappointing.

Yes, I made an error on the title however there was a very clear photograph of the item WITH a tape measure that I was able to use correctly. I am not disputing my title error however buyer did not do their own due diligence in looking at all photos. Also, item was packaged safely for shipping. Did not require you to purchase any supplies to return. In addition, the shipping carriers all have home pickup available upon request. A full refund was issued.
