I was excited to be able to order from this vendor as this figure is impossible to get in the UK. When the parcel arrived, I opened it to find the wrong character in the package. I emailed the seller shortly afterward and they responded quickly and apologetically & refunded me immediately, and as a bonus told me to keep the figurine as an act of goodwill. Thankfully they still had the original toy I had asked for, and because of their excellent customer service, I re-ordered from them.
