The framed print I purchased/received was broken during shipping. I notified the seller and gave him time to make it right. He said I only bought the item for the print and not the frame...not true. Beware! This is not the type of seller you want to deal with. Needs training in customer service!!!

This person purchased a photo. Yes it was in a frame. The selling point was the photo of Obama and the facsimile autograph. This item was shipped in a very tight, stable, sturdy, double layered box with no wiggle room. The only way it wouldve been broke is being stepped on or a heavier package corner on top. Buyer sent me 2 photos. The packaging is in perfect shape. No creases no punctures no tears. Tape still in place. Same goes for the photo. No damage in his photos.so yes I was skeptical.
