Advertised as genuine Pandora and told me that the item was purchased from an official Pandora shop after I pointed out that the hallmarks were wrong. Found the exact same item on Shein. Seller still denied it. Very dishonest and eBay voted in my favour and gave me a refund. Pretty charm, but 100% fake.
