    Verified purchase
    After 9 days of item not being shipped and multiple days of messaging I made a case with ebay. After is when I only got a response saying they “cant do much”. I ask for clarification and was told my package was “lost” and my payment was being held. I asked for clarification and unsurprisingly no response. I called UPS and they never received the package and I called my bank and payment processed same day? I missed out on other great deals for similar products. Terrible communication and seller!!
