Absolutely horrible women, messaged her 3 times before purchasing to ensure it was new like listed and explained this was for a gift for my sons birthday. she clarified it was, so purchased for it to arrived scratched, marked, sticky and well used. She then tells me she bought it off someone so she knew perfectly well it wasn't new. i then had to return so my son was left without a gift for his birthday then when she received, she lied and said i hadnt put a charger in box, trying not to refund

The console was in near perfect condition, not scratched or sticky. However, I apologised for the listing error and agreed to give a refund. When I received the return, the charger was not in the box. I have received a torrent of abuse from you, accusing me of lying and being nasty, which is untrue. You have been unpleasant at every interaction, while I only tried to help. I have plenty of great feedback and I can only learn from this experience. Also, I am unsure why you assume I am a woman.
