Kylie lip kit was a fake product. The box came marked from “WOODLAND HILLS, CHN 322000”. Made in P.R.C. / Fabriqué aux CHN Seller claims they bought it from Ulta. It was nothing like the original product. They gave a refund of $20.75 which included $5,85 shipping through EBay. But I was overcharged for shipping by $14.78 which wasn’t returned. Definitely seems like a money making scam. I asked for the full refund but they never provided the difference. AVOID!! Not a fair seller.
