Item doesn’t appear to be genuine apple and did not work, wouldn’t charge devices. Seller “sent replacement” but miraculously got lost in post as I didn’t receive it after refusing to pay postage which seller asked me to!! Faulty goods should be paid by seller not buyer! After numerous messages asked for refund which seller actioned straight away. Communication and customer service excellent but products rubbish!!
