The item was well packed and arrived quick! The item was brand new, new-old-stock, although one of the gears had sticky residue on it. No worries though, a simple clean with some oil and dish soap and the necklace was like it had just arrived from the factory! My only regret is not buying another from this seller before they sold out! I would recommend this seller!!! Thanks!
