Item looks great cosmetically. The mechanism doesn't work, and actually I don't see anything in the description/listing noting that it doesn't function anymore, but the price was right, and I'm optimistic I may be able to fix it on my own.

I appreciate that he had problems with the weather and it caused a delay in delivery. For that he gave me a partial refund. When the item arrived it was packed very well and no damage in perfect condition in original box including the use care and warranty booklet.
