received ok, but two things, i received 1.6mm instead of the 2.4mm. i actually prefer 1.6mm in 316L so i dont mind that mistake. the second more importantly one end of the packing came off somewhere, the hermes guy managed to deliver it as it was with one side open. fortunatley the tube was intact so the rods did not get out. I had messaged the seller before shipping to re-enforce the ends of the packing as this happens ( 5kg rods shift forcefully), but they did not listen it seems.
