Before I bought this the seller told me if it didn't work he would make it rite. It only ran in reverse at one speed and made a very loud noise. I contacted seller and he told me to take it up with eBay. eBay said to take a picture of it. I have no way of taking a picture and besides you have the picture. I tried to contact the seller again and he would not get back to me. I'm out $147.45 and stuck with a piece of junk.

I told buyer over and over to submit a return request and I’ll accept.. buyer refuses to and wants refund without doing a request. I cannot do that. I also asked the buyer for pictures so I can see what he’s talking about because he says pieces are broken off of it which I find strange because they are packed in foam and very well protected he won’t send them so I told him just to submit the return.. he still has not but threatened negative feed back if I didn’t give him a refund.
