The item was listed as "NEW!", but it was not new at all: in fact, it had been irreversibly modified and damaged. The seller refused to acknowledge the problem even after I provided photographic evidence of the damage, and apparently had not even checked the item before re-selling it. The seller was also unwilling to offer a compensation. It almost feels like a scam.
