Experience was great! I received the Vacuum before the scheduled delivery date. The product was packaged securely and arrived with no damage. I purchased this Vacuum to replace the same one that I had purchased over 30 years ago when the product was sold by a salesperson, and they would demonstrate the product in your home. I am so excited to find this replacement!

I’ve never given a negative review, and this is a neutral one. I’ll say this: the item smelled so bad. So very bad. Like rotten mold. That should have been in the description. Especially since I as much as I did for something in the package that was supposed to be “new” and never used.

I’m sorry you weren’t happy with the item. I never smelled anything while handing it or packaging it, and never took it out of the packaging so I would have never known. I’m not trying to deceive anyone and described it to the best detail I could.
