I rarely leave negatives. Red Roses Fiber Optic light arrived damaged. One of the three faux gemstones on base of vase was missing, with a dent/scrape to the ceramic, and brown stain in the ident where the stone would be. Stone was not in the box. Red Roses are really burgundy. No response to return and two messages. Waited a week; seller sold other items, but no response. Ebay resolved. Found paper later in box that said only contact through their phone number.
