Item wasn't shipped until a week after purchase. When the item arrived, the housing that protects the wifi components was bent. In addition, the board was relatively dirty (fingerprints and grime) and there was 1 bent CPU pin that I was able to fix. The BIOS was left in Chinese. If you're shipping to the US, it makes sense to switch the language to English before shipping. The language setting in my BIOS was relatively easy to find, in others it's not so easy to locate.
