Got order pretty quickly but disc had noticeable deep scratches, despite the fact description said disc was in good condition. Seller did reply and offered a refund if I sent back item, but why should I be penalized having to pay for return shipping because of an untrue description that the disc was in good shape? The only reason I'm leaving a neutral instead of a negative is because he still made an attempt to right it, but I'm not paying extra because of someone else's mistake.
