Packaged terribly. A card loose in a hard shell top loader wrapped in some cardboard. By the time it got to me the card was half sticking out of the shell and onto the tape, and even junior collectors know to put a sleeve on the card BEFORE a shell to prevent 1. The card falling out as it did and 2. Prevent the inevitable surface scratching from putting the card in/taking out. All could’ve been prevented with a .4 cent sleeve.
