Excellent seller service and support. Shipped securely and items were well-protected. Both items (CPU heatsinks) have light dimples in middle heatsink-cpu interface side that look like it was from interacting with other heatsinks/parts while in storage / initial handling, but items works properly under extended load cycling and testing. Shipping costs were reasonable given it was sent overseas and arrived earlier than estimated. I will definitely buy again from this seller if opportunity allows.

Received in superb packaging but unfortunately had a small of issue of randomly not completing post or restarting after a couple of minutes. Seller sent a replacement PSU as the one it came with, was not correct for the CPU, sadly did not fix it. Seller sent another unit, again in superb packaging and this one worked flawlessly. Niggles like this happen but can't fault the seller for communication and resolution. Will happily use them again in the future.
