Buyer did not understand the exchange costs.. then complained it was too expensive then warned me they were receiving a lot of damaged items.. Showed me a perfect box which was double boxed and also the base which it was supposed to be going on.. which turned out to be the wrong base for the bowl top purchased.. Make of it what you like but eBay never fell for it!
