A large, heavy vintage 1970's necklace comprising of a natural solid Australian Opal set into a handmade, solid 9ct rose gold setting and enhanced by one large natural earth mined diamond on one side. It comes on its original matching , solid 9ct rose gold, removeable chain. The opal is beautiful, solid and natural earth mined, l with lots of reds, blue green, yellow and orange. The natural diamond is bright and sparkling and of an unusual silver brown colour. The natural earth mined diamond does have two small chips out of the girdle (please see photos 4 & 5 taken using 10 x magnification as not visible with the human eye) mentioned for accuracy and does not detract from this piece. The pendant and chain are in excellent vintage condition. It is vintage, it has been pre owned and pre used so PLEASE do not bid if you like mint or new condition. Thanks”
