The order was paid for on 17/04/24 in British pounds. The seller said that the goods are in stock and will be delivered quickly. 25/04/24 the goods were not received and a complaint was filed. It turned out that the seller is from Lithuania, the goods are in Poland with a third party, who was supposed to make the shipment. I do not recommend the seller for cooperation, all his actions are very similar to an attempt at fraud. The publicity of this situation was reported.

We would like to clarify that we rely on third-party delivery services and have no control over the delivery schedule. Nevertheless, we understand that this has caused frustration and we will do our best to avoid such situations in the future. Just to clarify we are based in Lithuania and most parcels going to other countries will have to go through Poland due to our geographical location.
