Very impressed.The box of the dvd boxset was folded flat with the dvd's layed on it,then wrapped in paper and sellotaped to keep together and be protected.Then put into a recorded delivery parcel pouch .Only watched 2 episodes of Dear John so far but as the seller advertised ,it looks like new.Thanks Pete 10 out of 10.Pete also kept me informed when the item was being.posted .
