The CD is great but one of the plastic hinges on the case-cover was broken off. The broken piece was loose inside the shipping envelope. Possibly broken during shipping because the CD case was not properly protected. Besides the bubble-wrap mailer, the seller should consider wrapping CDs and other media in an additional layer of bubble-wrap. Or. better yet, use a cardboard CD mailer.

Item in question is a 11.95 CD with free shipping, and the case described is a standard clear jewel case. If I added packing and/or time to this item, the truth is I'd have to charge a $3-5 more, and then you likely wouldn't have bought it anyway. Very rarely this happens, I sell thousands of CDs, so if it's extremely important for the case of a media item that is under $30 in value, please request a shipping upgrade from the free, budget, media mail shipping that was INCLUDED with the item. Pay attention and read the condition listed. Then read "Item specifics" and eBay's description of what a "Very Good" CD and CASE should be. Actually, if you have sold "thousands of CDs" as you claim, you shouldn't have to read it. FYI, a buyer expects to receive what they purchased, in the condition stated, regardless of circumstances. You're a seller who cuts corners and then uses silly rationalizations to blame others. Damage from careless packaging is the seller's fault, nothing more.
