The fan arrived within a very damage box which had been previously used with a fan that did not work at all, only the internal motor making a funny sound. I contacted the seller who replied wanting a live video shot of the damaged fan but I was unable to load a video showing the damage fan as i can only take pictures in order to upload as an attachment & not a video. This seller is being very deceptive in asking me for a video knowing that is not possible to upload only pictures.
