Described as in "excellent condition" but no mention of broken base. missing mounting screws and missing indicator parts. The pictures were blurry (possibly intentional to hide issues). Seller wasn't "up front" on this item's condition. It would make me leery to buy anything else from him.

what broken base it is solid steel, nothing is broken off. pictures are blurry because my camera is not great on close ups if he didnt like what he saw he could of sent it back for a full refund. i dont know of the indicator parts hes talking about its also rare to get mounting screws
