AAA+++ You don't find too many sellers like this. Seller went out of their way. They found a cheaper shipper and refunded me the difference. They shipped power cord separately once they noticed it was not packed in main box. The grinder was in great condition and all parts were securely and safely packaged for shipping. Even the owners manual was included! I will keep them in my favorites to see what other items they have
