Section Two contains three chapters which offer ethical, legal and philosophical perspectives. Finally, Section Three focuses on two highly pertinent topics: ethical review, and the teaching of nursing research. The World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki of 1964, amended in 1989, appears as an Appendix to the book.
