Already contacted the seller to let him know that the binder was totally crushed and ruined. It was poorly wrapped in thin paper. He took no responsibility saying I should let EBay know. No news from EBay so far.
I paid 35$ can . shipping cost for a 20$ can. It travelled from the UK to Canada in a thin brown wrapper. Who does that and then take no responsibility.

As previously communicated, just to confirm that postage and packing in the UK was free with all costs met by me. I cannot be held responsible for damage in transit and this needs to be addressed with the eBay service provider. It is important that you understand I have no financial involvement or benefit from the shipping costs made whatsoever. Further packaging would have taken the book over 1kg weight band and incurred yet more shipping fees to you which I was trying to avoid. Research this!
