I purchased this Fitbit Alta HR from this seller and had a very positive experience. :) The seller replied to my email query very quickly which helped me decide if I really wanted the item. His quality of the item is exactly what I hoped for. As a side note: *If you are looking to replace your old Fitbit Alta HR keep in mind it might take some perseverance on your part to delete your old one, get the new one to be linked and function. It took me at least an hour to trouble shoot/ make it work.
