Upon many attempts to activate this fone with Trac Fone, we were informed that this fone was a stolen item. After several attempts to activate we were frozen out of our TracFone account for verification purposes. The fone had many contact numbers in it's memory starting with area code 941...... and others, perhaps from the Florida area. We purchased a year contract ($100) for this new TracFone, and we are unable to activate the fone because it was stolen.
