Very fast shipping. Great communication. Unfortunately the sound post came loose in transit. After resetting and a change of strings this Viola has excellent deep tone and projection. I'm truly impressed with the sound and quality. I can highly recommend these guys. Thanks!

Violin arrived damaged, no fine tuners, terrible strings, broken bridge, and a sound post broken. Violin took forever to arrive, but it was the damaged status that it arrived in that made it that much worse. Seller was not reasonable during this entire transaction. Beware
