WARRANTY:
All warranty claims will be dealt with on a ‘’like for like’’ replacement basis, only and where the warranty is deemed to be genuine. It is assumed that when you purchase any part that the vehicle fault was properly diagnosed. All warranty items must be returned for inspection. Labour cost, postage or any other damage due to faulty part / parts cost are not covered under any circumstance.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Any items that are damaged, faulty or short supply need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving in order to be eligible for an exchange. (Parts that have been damaged or broken during fitting are NOT covered by this policy.) On receipt of the delivery, please inspect the packaging BEFORE signing and if bag or boxes are damaged / open i.e. torn bags, damaged or open please sign clearly as ‘received’ ‘damaged’ and immediately contact us through eBay messages and report it to us; as, if not signed as damaged, then we cannot take the matter forward with the courier who have to be notified within 24 hrs. on receipt of goods.
