Unfortunately, this product was not packed according to the original manufacturers box with cut outs in the cardboard securing each item independently. As a result, the contents were flying around the box willy-nilly, and the first shipment arrived with a piece of the faucet actually poking out of the box unprotected and was severely dented.  the seller did apologize and asked me to return the item where upon they shipped another item in a similarly disorderly fashion.
