Figure arrived missing one of it's heads. Upon inspection of the original item listing, I noticed that the head was missing in the photo. Requested refund from seller. Seller was prompt and respectful. Received a full refund shortly after request was submitted. Was very happy with the service provided by the seller and would buy from seller again, but next time I will make sure to inspect the listing photos.
