Seller attempted to raise the price for shipping after he had charged me for the unit. eBay frowns on sellers trying to change the price of the item after the sale has been completed. I think the seller has learned his lesson but contact eBay if he continues this practice.
I did not give him a Negative rating because he ended up shipping the item at the initial price although eBay thought I should give him a Negative rating.
