I don't know what this seller shipped, but it wasn't nice fluffy grains and definitely not a tablespoon full. Looked like the residue that was left at the bottom of the jar. I have been making kefir off and on for years and I know what I'm doing, so I opened the package and added milk directly to swish up what was in the plastic and then poured it off into a jar to ferment. Nothing. Sat out for two days and not even a hint of fermenting and by day three the milk had gone bad.
