I have already stated on my comments on the previous order that there has been some confusion over these items although we have almost sorted things out. I just need to pay them the money for the 8 items which they have credited me in error less the £2 refund offered on the first order. We have sorted out the confusion amicably and I am happy with my purchases.

I was surprised when only the Knobs arrived as the description and picture was of the whole clamp. I realise now that why the price was so cheap. The seller offered a partial refund and I ordered another 8 knobs . I accepted the refund and waited for my second order to arrive but was surprised when I received refund for that order. I messaged them again saying ! guess I won't be getting the £2 refund or 8 knobs and they said the knobs were on the way. I now have to pay them for the 8 less the £2
