I attempted to cancel the item prior to it being shipped which was denied. Once I received the item I asked to return the item and the seller refunded my money and advised me to keep the item. Not sure what I’ll do with it since it is wrong for my water heater. I may be able to pay it forward to someone else that can use it. Would recommend doing business with this buyer.
