The disk was a clear copy in my opinion. It wouldn't install on my computer and I had to do research as to why before I realized it wasn't fixable. I contacted the seller with a message and instead of replying, they just refunded me without a word back. Which I guess is fine but when you send a message asking questions, a reply would be nice.
