The seller contacted me saying the item was not new as described, but repaired. I was willing to try it for a discount. The repair is - honestly - a little loose and changes the look of the prop. It also took me a little further tinkering to get the light to work every time. My experience was 'no better than expected' from a transaction that started on a hint there might be some chicanery. However, I did get this pretty cheap, so it's not worth my while to exchange it.

There was an unfortunate error in this listing, and we let the buyer know about it right away. We thoroughly explained the fault of the item and gave him the option to cancel the transaction for a full and immediate refund, or to have it for half price. He chose the partial refund and to go through with the transaction.
