    Item was not new, package was opened, pillow case has strong odor, tags in pillow case appear to be stitched on, I compared with my other Dream Zone pillowcase and tags are not the same. I paid extra because I though I was getting a new product. I ended up paying $200 CAD with duty fees included. Very disappointed

    This was brand new in the factory packaging and was factory folded. If there was truly an issue with it why didn't you contact us or eBay to fix the matter. Again it was brand new.
