The mug was securely packaged and came exactly as described, if not in slightly better condition (noted used, but looks brand new without tags to me). Because of shipping, it was a bit pricey to ship to me in Canada, but overall I would purchase again. Thank you so much for selling this mug - it holds a lot of sentimental value.
